1Sample pool to be tested（Sample）Fill the sample to be tested and expose it directly to light;

2Control pool for test samples（Control）Fill the test sample, wrap it with aluminum foil to avoid light exposure, and use it as a control for the test sample;

3Standard material pool（Q Sam.）： Fill with quinine sulfate solution and expose it directly to light;

4Reference pool for standard substances（Q Ref.）Fill with quinine sulfate solution, wrap it in aluminum foil to avoid light exposure, and use it as a reference material for comparison;
