3、 Structure and Working Principle

structure: Pilot type secondary structure,Double plug overflow valve (VC type)The valve body is made of cast iron, the valve core is made of alloy steel, and the spring is made of high-strength steel.
principle：

Normal: When the pressure at ports A and B is less than 5MPa, the main valve is closed,No overflow；
Overflow: A or B port pressure>5MPa → pilot valve opens → pressure relief in the upper chamber of the main valve → main valve opens →A → T or B → T overflow pressure relief；
Protection: Limit the pressure of chambers A and B to ≤ 5MPa, protect the system and actuator;
Overlay: directly stacked between the directional valve and the base plate,No additional piping required.
