Note 1: The experiment in Appendix M also requires the use of a Brinell rotational viscometer to jointly complete the granulation agent content and rotational viscosity test of granular wood fibers.

Note 2: For granular wood fibers in Appendix D Oil Absorption Test Method, thermal extraction should be used to remove the granulation agent.

1、 Main technical features

1. The instrument consists of a host and a cooling device, with a reasonable structure and stable performance.

2. Adopting a metal bath heating method, the heating is fast, the temperature control accuracy is high, and it is safe and reliable.

3. Industrial chillers are used to provide circulating cooling water for the condenser tubes, which is environmentally friendly and water-saving.

4. The host has dual functions of heating extraction and solvent recovery, making it easy to operate.

5. The heating temperature can be adjusted according to the boiling point of the solvent and the ambient temperature during the experiment.

6. It can automatically recover solvents, is easy to use, and has high testing efficiency.

7. Four samples can be extracted simultaneously at a time, and the extraction time can be set as needed.
