1、 HY-100 typePowder loose packing density meterintroduction
Powder density refers to the mass corresponding to a unit volume of powder. Due to the presence of voids (or pores) between particles or within particles in the powder, the density of the powder is usually lower than the true density of the corresponding substance. Powder density can be divided into bulk density (also known as bulk density) and tap density according to different testing methods. Loose density refers to the loose state of a powder sample, which is uniformly and continuously filled with a known volume of measuring cup. By weighing the mass of the measuring cup and the powder sample, the loose density of the powder sample can be calculated. The compacted density refers to the density of the powder contained in a container after being compacted under specified conditions.
HY-100 typePowder loose packing density meterIt is a powder density testing instrument independently developed and manufactured based on the national standard GB/T5162-2006/ISO3953:1993 (Determination of Solid Density of Metal Powder) and with reference to the United States Pharmacopeia, and has independent intellectual property rights. The instrument includes all indicators specified in the national standard GB/T5162-2006/ISO3953:1993. For non-metallic powders, the HYL-100 powder density tester has expanded some functions, such as: the 'vibration amplitude' has been extended from the 3mm specified in the national standard to an integer adjustable range of 1mm to 15mm; The 'vibration frequency' is adjustable from 100 to 300 times per minute as specified in the national standard, and has been extended to 0 to 300 times per minute. The 'vibration frequency' is extended from the national standard of 3000 times to any setting between 0 and 99999 times (note: when set to 0 times, the result output is' loose density ').
The HY-100 powder density tester consists of components such as a variable speed motor, vibration components, microcomputer, and micro printer. And the instrument has the characteristics of compact structure, firmness, and simple operation.
Thank you for using the HY-100 powder density tester. In the development of this instrument, there may be some omissions. We sincerely welcome your criticism and correction suggestions. Your suggestions are the driving force for our continuous development and improvement.
